Contact usWhat happens if I don't enroll in the plan and my site gets hacked or infected?
I’ll clean and restore the site for a cleanup fee starting at $197, and strongly recommend enrolling in a Management Plan right away.
What if my site gets hacked or compromised while I'm on the plan?
If no one installed unauthorized plugins or used weak, shared passwords, I’ll clean and restore the site at no extra cost.
Do you take on sites that you didn't build?
Yes, case by case. A setup fee starting at $197 covers an initial security scan, a review of your plugins, and installing my tools.
Are there cancellation fees?
No. Plans are billed monthly and can be canceled in writing within 45 days before the last invoice is due. Remaining costs are not prorated.
What if I require more time than the monthly support allows?
I’ll give you a time estimate and do the work at the reduced hourly rate for monthly plan clients.
Does my monthly update time roll over to next month?
No. The hourly update retainer covers only that month.
What's included in the monthly time?
Your monthly time covers any updates, additions or add-ons to your website content. For example, changing hours, company information, staff or team members, adding new photos, updating services, etc.
While I do my best to get updates done within your allotted time, if more time is required, we can do so at our hourly rate, which, as a monthly plan member, is discounted.
Note: The allotted monthly time is for work or updates on the existing website and cannot be used for other projects or a step-by-step website revamp. I am happy to do additional work on your website, either at my discounted hourly rate or via a discounted and separate fixed project price!
