Comprehensive Management Plans

If you decline our Management Plan:

• Your site won’t be optimized, leading to slow performance and poor SEO.
• Tools and plugins will become outdated, increasing the risk of hacks.
• You’ll lack backups, risking data loss if the site is breached.
• No monthly traffic reports.
• You won’t have me for quick updates and issues, relying on expensive, unhelpful hosting support.

By passing on the Management Plan, you assume full responsibility for updates, security, and backups as detailed in the LIABILITY CLAUSE, releasing Real Avenue Design from any issues arising from lack of maintenance.

I’ll clean and restore the site for a cleanup fee starting at $397. I’d then strongly recommend that you enroll in a Management Plan immediately to make sure it remains clean and protected from malware and hackers.

If your site should get compromised while you’re on the plan and no one installed unauthorized plugins without my consent or used weak, shared passwords, I’ll take care of cleaning and restoring the site at no extra cost to you.

Yes, but with strict conditions on a case-by-case basis. I have to be familiar with the technology used on your site. If I didn’t build your site, I will charge a setup fee starting at $297 which covers my initial security scan, and gives me time to review the ecosystem of plugins on your website and install my tools.

There is no cost to leave.

My Management Plan and AIO plans are billed monthly and can be canceled in writing within 45 days before the last invoice is due. I will automatically cancel the plan if I don’t receive payment or communication from you within 30 days of your due date.

I do not prorate the remaining cost.

I’ll always try to get your updates done within the allotted time to save you some extra cost but if you have a decent amount of updates that will require more hours, I’ll give you a time estimate and do that at our hourly rate which is reduced for you as a special, monthly plan client!

No. The retainer of hourly updates is just covered for that month.

Your monthly time covers any updates, additions or add-ons to your website content. For example, changing hours, company information, staff or team members, adding new photos, updating services, etc.

While I do my best to get updates done within your allotted time, if more time is required, we can do so at our hourly rate, which, as a monthly plan member, is discounted.

Note: The allotted monthly time is for work or updates on the existing website and cannot be used for other projects or a step-by-step website revamp. I am happy to do additional work on your website, either at my discounted hourly rate or via a discounted and separate fixed project price!
